HM-391 Modified Starch

Preparatrion Method:

1. Fill the sizing mixer with a defined amount of water and start the agitator;
2. Gradually add the required amount of HM-391 and other textile additives;
3. Heat the mixture gradually to 98°C with constant stirring, then maintain temperature for 30 minutes until complete dissolution;
4. Adjust the total volume as required, check viscosity, and the size is ready for use.

Moisture: ≤15%

PH: 5.0-8.0

Viscosity: 6-20mpa.s(6% concentration, kept at 95℃ for 60 minutes, tested by NDJ-7 rotational viscosimeter)
