HM-633A Cassava Cationic Starch

Application:

The product is suitable to add to the wet end of high-speed find paper making machine, which improves the paper quality such as strength and evenness

Performance and Advantages:

1. Improve the papers’ properties: obviously enhance the physical strength such as tensile strength, internal binding strength and so on.

2. Great effect on retention and filtration: it can improve the fine retention.

3. Improve the operational efficiency of the paper machine: helpful to wet end filtration, save energy, raise efficiency

4. Improve sizing effect: can be used to emulsify ASA and gain uniform emulsion particles that achieve great sizing effect and save sizing dosage.

Usage:

① Batch cooking: Add a certain amount of water into the gelatinizing tank, boot the stirrer and next add an appropriate amount of HM-633A, control the slurry concentration at 5%. Stir the slurry evenly, after that, heat up to 95℃ slowly by keeping the heat-up rate at 2℃ to 3℃ per minute. Hold the temperature for 10 minutes after the starch gelatinizes completely, finally pump it into the storage pool to prepare the required concentration with water.

②Jet cooking: cooking temperature is 105-125℃, cooking concentration ≤10%, use concentration ≤2.5%.
