Product introduction:
Yellow dextrins are used as water-soluble glues in remoistenable envelope adhesives and paper tubes, in the mining industry as additives in froth flotation, in the foundry industry as green strength additives in sand casting, as printing thickener for batik resist dyeing, and as binders in gouache paint and also in the leather industry.

Detailed Introduction

HM-Yellow Dextrin

The product is produced by chemical modification with raw material of corn starch, cassava starch or potato starch. It’s yellow powder, and has high solubility in cold water, high degree of conversion and low viscosity. It obtains strong adhesion when solved in water.

Performance and Advantages:

Yellow dextrin is almost soluble in cold water, and has low viscosity, good fluidity. It has the basic properties of bonding cellulose raw materials, forming water-soluble film and bond inorganic materials.

Application:

1. Necessary additive for grinding wheel industry and ceramic grinding wheel molding. It is used as aleurone and casting bonding powder in the production of oil sand core in medium and small casting industry (except large resin sand molding).

2. Used as additive in dyestuff for chemical industry.

3. As water soluble glue used in rewet envelope adhesive, paper tube and special tape for man-made board.

4. It can be used as substrate for fermentation culture, retarder of cement hardening, photosensitive auxiliary materials, and floatation processing.

5. As a printing thickening agent for batik, and as an adhesive in gouache pigments and leather industries.
