Application:

One kind of paper coating binder that applied to high-grade coated. The starch can form strong film, and bridge structure with pigment granule, which give the coating more excellent printing performance.

Performance and Advantages:

1. The strength of film is excellent, the properties are closer to latex, and greatly increase the alternative proportion of styrene-butadiene latex.

2. Reproducible, environment-friendly, degradable, and obvious cost advantage.

Usage:

Add a certain amount of water into the gelatinizing tank, boot the stirrer and next add an appropriate amount of HM-5988. Stir the slurry evenly, after that, heat up to 90℃ slowly by keeping the heat-up rate at 2℃ to 3℃ per minute. Keep 90℃ for 30 minutes after the starch gelatinizes completely, finally pump it into the storage pool to prepare the required concentration with water.
